7. Delivery

• We deliver throughout the United Kingdom, excluding focaccia and crostata, which can only be delivered to designated postcodes as displayed on our Site.
• Delivery estimates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss and title pass to you upon successful delivery.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact information.
• Orders placed by Thursday midnight are generally dispatched or delivered by Sunday, subject to availability.
• We are not liable for delivery delays arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

• Due to the perishable nature of our bakery products, the statutory 14-day cancellation right does not apply.
• Report any faults or quality issues within 48 hours by email to mylittleitalianbakery@gmail.com, including photographs where applicable.
• We will assess reported issues and offer a replacement or refund.
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days following confirmation and include original delivery costs where applicable.
• No refund or replacement will be provided if goods were damaged after delivery due to improper storage.
• Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.

9. Site Management and Availability

• We may update or suspend the Site or any content without prior notice.
• We cannot guarantee continuous or error-free access.
